Six reasons to choose The Careers Group

Only need a careers consultant once a week? We can provide careers consultants that suit your needs, from one to five days per week. This enables you to adapt your careers service provision to your student numbers with agility.

Our flexible approach results in a diverse service delivery, designed in tandem with the wider strategy of your institution. This could include employer liaison, pre-entry work with your recruitment agents and alumni coaching, in addition to working with your current students to support them into employment or further study.

Our services are embedded, meaning they are delivered on your campus and branded as if it was your institution. Your students will identify the service as belonging to your institution.

The Careers Group manages the careers provision at Russell Group institutions and have the Matrix quality kite mark.

As the largest careers service in Europe, we attract high quality careers consultants that, when they are not working with your students, work across the University of London Colleges such as UCL and King's College London. This means that we share expertise across industry sectors.

Your careers consultant is managed by The Careers Group, and recruitment and training are managed centrally ensuring continuity of service. The consultant will even be on our payroll.

Even small careers services require strategic oversight and accountability although you may not want the large costs associated with employing a Careers Service Manager full-time. Our model enables you to receive exactly that at a fraction of the cost.
