|DEALING WITH DIFFICULT RELATIONSHIPS|
About this workshop
This workshop will help you widen your perspective on how to deal with various types of difficult personalities found in the workplace.
We will explore the distinctions between what makes an individual ‘difficult’ and what makes them simply ‘different’ from you. We will also help you explore your own emotional reactions and how these factor into your daily interactions in a clinical environment.
By the end of the workshop you will have a range of practical tactics to deal with difficult personalities, and tips and techniques for giving constructive feedback without alienating colleagues.
Is it right for you?
> Do you have a colleague who rubs you the wrong way on a regular basis?
